1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Curtain Up Drama Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

Curtain Up Drama Studio provides performing arts classes, workshops, camps, and related services in Bangkok, Thailand. All class descriptions, schedules, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Registration & Payments

To register for a class or programme:

• All fees must be paid in full before the start of the programme unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments are accepted via the methods specified on our website
• Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes or early withdrawal after the programme has begun
• We reserve the right to cancel any programme due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued

5. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Treat staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Arrive on time for classes and events
• Follow all studio rules and safety guidelines
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to dismiss any student from a programme for behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, or violates our code of conduct. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Photography & Media

We may photograph or video record classes, workshops, and performances for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. By participating in our programmes, you consent to the use of images and footage featuring you or your child in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the programme.

7. Health & Safety

Parents and guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect a student's participation. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, Curtain Up Drama Studio is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property occurring during our programmes, except where caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Curtain Up Drama Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curtain Up Drama Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
